Jason Da Silva

Jason Da Silva was born and raised in Brampton. He attended the University of Western Ontario where he received his Honours BACS in Finance.

Having grown up in and around his family’s catering business, Jason learned early the value of hard work and community commitment. Jason believes in a strong work-ethic and showing drive and determination in both business and community involvement.

Having established his own real estate business during University, Jason enjoyed a professional success that led to his joining Rice Development Corp, in 2007, where he serves as Vice President of Property Management and plays an active role in building; development; and property management projects.

Wanting to make a contribution to the community on a more personal and charitable level, Jason explored several opportunities that ultimately resulted in his being appointed to the Board of Directors of the Brampton and Caledon Community Foundation in 2011.

In addition to the Board, Jason also serves on the Foundation’s Grant Making, Finance and Investment Committees. Jason and his wife, Laura, created the Jason and Laura Da Silva Family Endowment Fund at the Brampton and Caledon Community Foundation in 2013 in support worthy charities in need in our community.

Jason and Laura, are also very proud parents of Scarlette and Leo.
